MSSA stands for Mansoura students' scientific association which represents the students in Mansoura faculty of medicine. MSSA is a member of EMSA (Egyptian medical students' association) which in turn is a member of the IFMSA ( International federation of medical students' associations) , MSSA is a non governamental organization responsible for Mansoura medical students' activities.
